General terms
- Rates valid only for carriage-paid shipments.
- EU destinations: rates exclude 22% VAT.
- Non-EU destinations: rates include the customs declaration (Italian Ministerial Decree 06/07/88); any customs charges (VAT, duties…) are paid by the consignee.
- Chargeable weight: the greater of actual and volumetric weight. Divisor 5,000 for international express, 4,000 for economy, 3,333 for domestic.
- All shipments are re-weighed and measured: in case of a difference, the verified chargeable weight is billed.
- Maximum dimensions: 300 × 120 × 160 cm (length × width × height). A spot rate can be requested for special shipments.
- Damage, loss or theft: maximum refund 100.00 euro. Optional insurance cover: 1% of the insured value, minimum 15.00 euro, 20% excess.
- No liability for indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of interest, delivery delays).
- Express for You may change these terms with at least 30 days' notice.

Do you ship for private customers or only for businesses?
We mainly work with businesses, but we handle private customers' shipments with the same care, in Italy and abroad.
How can I request a quote?
Click one of the "Request a quote" buttons: an email to info@e4u.it opens, where you can enter origin, destination, weight and dimensions of the goods. Or call us on +39 0583 297198. One of our staff will answer you directly.
How do I track my shipment?
Contact your account manager on +39 0583 297198 or +39 348 496 9011: they will update you directly on the status of your shipment. Existing clients can also check their shipments in the E4U software.
How do I get credentials for the client software?
The E4U software is reserved for clients. After downloading it from the Client area, contact your account manager on +39 0583 297198 or write to info@e4u.it: we will send you your personal login credentials.
Do you handle shipments to non-EU countries?
Yes, we handle import and export shipments worldwide and help you prepare the documents required for customs.
What are the delivery times?
They depend on the destination and the chosen service (express, air cargo, economy). Our quote always states the expected times and costs.
Do you have a freephone number or a call centre?
No, by choice. We prefer direct contact: when you call or write to us, you talk to the person who actually handles your shipment.
